  1. Command Name : Setdate
  2.  
  3. Function : Set a file or directory's timestamp
  4.  
  5. Arguments : <file or drawer> <day> <date> <time> [ALL]
  6.  
  7. Location : C directory
  8.  
  9. List a directory to ee the date of its creation, List a file to see the date
  10. of its creation.  This date can be changed with Setdate.  You must make sure
  11. that the date has the same format as that shown when you first List the 
  12. file.  If a directory is given, its creation date is changed.  If the ALL
  13. parameter is chosen then every file in the directoty will have its datestamp
  14. changed.
